Drama class | Carmel Bird Theatre School

The Carmel Bird Theatre School is a privately run Theatre School, rather than a franchise,

offering high quality acting training for childrenaged 6 - 18.

We only have four classes, each with a limited number of places, so that we can give the children our full attention.

We pride ourselves in knowing each and every child and what their individual strengths are so

that we can channel their skills and enable them to perform confidently.

We aim to develop the performances of young people by focusing on the essential skills of stagecraft

and drawing on each child’s particular gifts and developing new talents.

We give the children regular opportunities to perform so that they can improve and refine their stagecraft

as well as gain confidence and communication skills, develop creativity and imagination, and have lots of fun!

Aims of the lessons:

To continually develop and improve stagecraft.

To develop self-confidence and stage awareness.

To work creatively with others.

To gain experience of regular performance.

To have fun!
